Hi! My name is Rosy and I’m a mom and chef with a busy schedule and a tight budget. I started this crazy thing called a “weight loss journey” a few years back and throughout that time I’ve experimented with new recipes as well as lightening up old favorites all the while keeping to a realistic budget and cooking times for today’s demanding lifestyle. I’ve been sharing my recipes on both Instagram and Weight Watchers Connect for a bit now, but I’ve decided to start this blog so that I can expand on my posts without having to stare at a tiny screen.
